Jon Sattler met with Alex Brown, Jason Sisk (president of the Rio Grande area alumni chapter) Lyle Sprinkle (Georgia Tech alumni) and Jim Marascio at the DCEF meeting in Charlotte, NC and discussed the possibility of establishing an Atlanta chapter.

Jon Sattler reached out to Jim Marascio and Jason Sisk asking for copies of their alumni area by-laws. They sent them same day.

Alex introduced Jon Sattler to Peter Lane. Jon and Peter talked by phone and set up a meeting.

Jon Sattler met with Peter Lane and Steven Haught at the Broken Egg on Old Milton Parkway in Alpharetta GA. They discussed the formation of the Atlanta area alumni chapter. Jon Sattler volunteered to take the lead, marking the official start of the chapter.

Jon Sattler spoke to the gathering of brothers at the Delta Chi Atlanta area reception put on by the IHQ. announced the formation of the DXAAAC. Outlined the vision for the chapter and announced the 1st chapter meeting to take place on December 11th in Duluth, GA.
